  • Registering your business with HM Revenue & Customs - for tax purposes and if necessary VAT, PAYE, CIS, National insurance etc
  • Business plans - we can prepare business plans and cash-flow forecasts to help you set objectives and goals for the future. If you need borrowing these may be required to gain the financial backing you need
  • Software - advice on which accounting software will be most suited to your business and which will grow with your business. We can also arrange for you to receive discounted software through our business partnerships.
  • Annual accounts - preparation of your annual accounts and advice on how you can improve your profits
  • Tax returns - preparation of your annual tax returns and submission to HMRC
  • Free telephone and email support
  • Fixed fees - agreed in advance so you always know what your costs are
  • Pay monthly - if desired you can pay our fees monthly to help your cash-flow

  • Bookkeeping - a complete bookkeeping solution and we will provide you with regular reports to let you know how your business is performing
  • Payroll - a full payroll service, including the preparation of monthly and weekly payroll runs and your employer's annual return (P35). 
  • VAT - preparation and completion of your quarterly VAT returns
  • CIS - preparation of your monthly CIS returns and annual return
